SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING within Canada on orders over $150
Standard shipping charge within Canada of $9.95 +tax is applied upon checkout.
Shipments are send via Canada Post and may take approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Most in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of ordering. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Original shipping fees as well as any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable with the exceptions of items that are found defective or damaged.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase at Novelle Bridal Shop! We will be happy to make an exchange, but please remember:
- You must request for an exchange from 21 days from shipping. After this time, an exchange will not be accepted.
- Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
- All of our on-sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- All merchandise must not be used, worn, altered or washed, and free of stains, pet hair, floor debris and pin marks
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- Shoes must be free of marks and have original protective film on the soles.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Please email support@novellebridal.com for a exchange request within 21 days from shipping.
- You will then receive an email containing your Return Authorization Number if your request meets our return policy. **Novelle Bridal Shop reserves the right to refuse an exchange on items deemed not to be resalable.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless items are found defective or damaged.
- You must send your return package within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number
- Once your exchange is processed, you will receive an email letting you know the status of your exchange.
- Most exchange will process in approximately 2-3 weeks.

 

EXCHANGE

Exchanges for the same item can be made if items are found defective or damaged.
Exchanges of sizes can be made for the same item however, new shipping charges will apply to exchange orders, and are the responsibility of the customer. International customers, please note that you will be responsible for the duties and taxes on any exchanges.
Exchanges of a different item can be made if the new item of choice is of equal or greater value and new shipping charges would apply.
Depending on stock availability and where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

REFUND

All sales are final and non-refundable. We will be happy to exchange your purchase. Please refer to our exchange section.

 

SALE ITEMS

All of our sale merchandise will be final sale and cannot be returned and are not eligible for price adjustments.
