What is a Sample Sale?

A sample sale is a special event that usually only happens once or twice a year, where the floor models are sold for a heavily discounted price. 

Who is a Sample Sale ideal for?

This is a great opportunity to find a great deal on a dress that may have previously been out of budget. It's also perfect for brides with a short timeline who may not have time to order a new gown, as you get to walk away with your dream dress that same day!

This would be my first time shopping for a wedding dress, do you recommend this event for me?

We don't recommend a sample sale for your first time shopping. It's a very fast paced environment where you can only try a limited number of gowns. We suggest knowing exactly what you like beforehand, and be ready to make a FAST decision. 

How many guests can I bring?

This is a very busy event so we ask that you bring a maximum of 2 guests only. 

Will all of Novelle's sample gowns be included in the sale?

No they won't. We have chosen a selection of gowns to include in the sale and we will be releasing sneak peaks leading up to the event on social media. 

Can I put a dress on hold? 

We won't be accepting any holds for gowns. If you have a particular gown in mind that you'd like to purchase we recommend aiming to book one of the earlier appointment slots. 

How do I book an appointment?

Please call the store on 780 761 0888 or email: info@novellebridal.com. For this event we won't be accepting online bookings. 

Can I come without an appointment?

We won't be accepting walk in appointments for this event. 

If I change my mind, can I return the dress?

Unfortunately not. Everything will be final sale and sold as is. We have taken into consideration the condition of the gowns and have discounted them accordingly.
