After having a terrible experience dress shopping for her wedding 10 years ago, Allie came in feeling very nervous about finding her gown for her vow renewal. We were so happy to make her feel relaxed and excited again about finding her dream dress! We asked her to share a little about her experience and her stunning big day:

"I just wanted to quickly share with you all how much I appreciated the service I received when getting my dress for my 10 year vow renewal. 

When I got my dress for my wedding 10 years ago, the experience I had was not good. The woman who assisted me at this other establishment wasn't very nice and I felt unwelcome, judged and rushed. At the time I was quite young and did not have a lot of financial means so I had to pick a floor model dress and I was made to feel that I wasn't being a good bride by doing that. In an attempt to get through things quickly I selected a dress and left feeling terrible. Even now when I look back at pictures of me in the dress I cringe. 

So when my husband and I were planning a 10 year wedding vow renewal those old feelings of anxiety popped up. Imagine my absolute joy when walking in Novelle and being so warmly welcomed and treated kindly. I felt so much more heard and I got so much more assistance than I did even on my first trip to get a wedding dress all those years ago. Being there and with all of the ladies was an absolute pleasure and I found the dress of my dreams!

On the day I felt beautiful, just as I wished I had felt on my wedding day and thanks to you guys and the experience you provide I was able to let go of insecurities and anxiety and simply enjoy my day in the dress I loved.
