Kinsey & Phillipe

High School sweethearts, Phillipe and Kinsey said "I do" in front of their closest friends and family this year. We asked our Bride Kinsey to share her love story: 

"Phillipe and I started dating when we were just 15 years old. We first met through a drama class in High School but I have always had a passion for dance. So to try and get to know me better, Phillipe joined the school's dance team. My sister could see a connection forming and being the school's choreographer, she began pairing us together in drama and dance performances. Soon thereafter, our talking became more and more frequent until we were talking to each other pretty much 24/7! We now love going for long walks and enjoy exploring different areas of the city together, finding hidden parks, pathways, fields and ponds. That's why, 8 years later, there was no place more perfect for him to get down on one knee than on one of our beautiful walks together. I feel so lucky every day to be with my very best friend. 

When it came to wedding planning I was most excited for the dress. I had heard many great things about Novelle so it was the first place I went. We were warmly greeted and Jessica was extremely friendly and helpful throughout. I thought I knew exactly the kind of dress I wanted: slim fitting, mermaid style with lace. However, after trying on a couple , I knew the style wasn't for me. Jessica brought in a couple of other different dresses and sure enough I fell in love with the first one she chose! It had everyone who came with me in tears. When the dress came in, it fit perfectly. Thanks to Jessica and Novelle, I truly felt like a princess every step of the way. 

We got married September 1st, 2018, surrounded by those who meant he most to us. It was the best day of our lives, and perfect in every sense of the word. Phillipe and I were both in tears as I walked down the aisle to him. I remember feeling so much happiness, love, and excitement for our future together. When I took his arm all he could say was "you look so beautiful". We could not be more thankful for the support, love and joy we have felt from all of our family and friends, not just on our wedding day, but throughout the wedding planning and during every step of our relationship. Our wedding was like a fairytale and we will forever cherish every memory."
