Regena & Jackson

"Jackson and I met at a tournament our sisters were playing in, in Burnaby, BC back in 2014. At the time, I was seeing someone else. We exchanged very few words however, we both later admitted we were very attracted to each other. The trip ended and we went back to our regular lives. Later the next year, I had become single and was ready to date again.

I was on Facebook and Jackson's profile showed up under "People you may know". We have one mutual friend and I immediately recognised him. Naturally, I stalked his page and added him right away! Not even 5 minutes later, I get a message from him asking I wanted to meet up with him later that evening. Like out of a fairytale, we kissed as soon as we saw each other. Since then we got two dogs are are building a house together!

He proposed on Thanksgiving in 2019 and we got married in January 2021. We had a beautiful, small, intimate wedding with just our family. 

There were two bridal stores I was more excited to shop at and Novelle was definitely one of them. I visited about five stores before I had my appointment with Novelle. I found some beautiful dresses but I wasn't feeling that "special feeling" you get when you find the ONE. I intentionally saved my appointment with Novelle for last because I had a feeling I was going to find my dress there. I was right! I was so impressed with their selection and it felt like very much my style. The last dress I tried on happened to be the one I bought, and I could not be more thrilled with the dress I chose. Thank you to the staff who contributed to making our special day so amazing. 

Our wedding day was smaller than what we had originally planned, but in the end, it turned out absolutely perfect."
