Introducing Virtual Consultations!

Welcome ladies and congratulations on your engagement! We are so excited to help you find your dream dress and we are so grateful to be a small part in your big day. Although things look a little different right now, we invite you to start your virtual shopping experience with us. 

Step 1

Firstly, schedule a time online for one of our experienced bridal consultants to call you and get to know you and your wedding day. We want to know everything! How did you and your partner meet? What's the feel of your wedding? Where are you getting married? Do you have a theme? As we talk and get to know you and your bridal style, we will make some dress suggestions, which you can follow along with by browising our website. Once we have chosen about 4-6 favourites together, it's time to schedule your Virtual Consultation. 

Step 2

For just over an hour, let us meet you and show you your favourites over video! Get to know the fabric, the flow, the feel and the fit of each gown. We can also make some styling suggestions to truly personalize the look, as well as give you all of the information on the gown, such as ordering timelines etc. At this point you are more than welcome to stop there, and we can save your favourites on file ready for when you're able to try on with us in store, or you can opt for an At Home Try On. 

Step 3 (Temporarily unavailable due to current COVID regulations in Alberta. Will be available again January 2021)

Whether you are just too excited to wait, or are getting married in less than 9 months, we have now introduced an At Home Try On service! For a small fee, you can borrow up to 5 favourites to try on and fall in love with in the comfort of your own home. At an arranged time, we will help you set up a Virtual Appointment with all of your loved ones so we can see you try on each special dress, as well as guide you with the fit and any potential alterations when it's ordered in your size. We want your SAY YES moment to be truly special, so we will included a celebration package with the gowns upon curbside pick up. If you do find the one, the service fee will be used towards the balance of your dress, and you will also receive a 10% discount on your made to order wedding dress!
